Experience

Mrs. Shadkin has more than 28 years of experience in the design, estimating and planning of electrical systems. As President of Spectrum Engineering, Inc., she works with clients from the initial contact, through the marketing and planning of business activities, to project completion. Mrs. Shadkin's responsibilities include establishment of the scope of work and contract budget, contract negotiation and coordination of all project details with the client. She prepares required studies and reports, construction drawings and cost estimates, as well as specification writing and shop drawings approval.
