New Parking Structure at Skokie Courthouse
Spectrum provided MEP and fire protection design and construction services for 5 1/2 stories, 415,000 sq. ft. below and above grade parking garage for 1,050 cars located in Skokie, IL. Included the following: design of power distribution, heat tracing, lighting, life safety and control systems, HVAC systems and plumbing and fire protection systems.
Lakefront Millennium Project
Spectrum provided electrical engineering services for a 2,400 car underground garage located in Chicago, IL. Project included design of lighting & lighting control, heating and snow melting systems, main emergency switchgear and power distribution panels to support emergency and essential services for the project, emergency system with 1000 KW stand by emergency generator distribution and branch circuitry panels, feeder and branch circuit wiring.
John G. Shedd Aquarium
Spectrum provided electrical engineering services for Reef tank/Rotunda project at the J.G. Shedd Aquarium located in Chicago, IL.
Gatley Stadium
Spectrum provided electrical design services, including design of the site utilities, power distribution and high mast lighting systems for high school football stadium located in Chicago, IL. Also included demolition of existing medium voltage underground utilities and transformer and installation of new primary switchgear and underground power utilities.
Uptown Library and Cultural Center
Spectrum provided design of all electrical systems for 20,000-square-foot facility located in Chicago, IL.
Chicago Park District, Washington Park
Spectrum provided complete electrical survey, design and preparation of specifications for the aquatic center and the historic refectory building located in Chicago, IL. Project included replacement of 12KV substation and underground 12KV duct bank.
