Spectrum provided electrical design services for preparation of construction documents for the installation of 400 KW new emergency generator and associated equipment. Included rewiring of existing equipment and panels throughout the building to new emergency generator switchboard and installation of new transfer switches with associated control. Project included preparation of demolition and new plans, preparation of specification and cost estimate. Provided construction administration services for project and closely worked with CDB project manager and user to provide support during construction phase of project.
