Brownfield redevelopment and building renovation
Spectrum provided the design of all building electrical systems, including power, lighting and lighting control, intercom, voice and data system for administrative offices and photovoltaic cell manufacturing facility in the Chicagoland area.
Princeton and Midwest Apartments
Spectrum provided electrical design services, including design of the new incoming electrical service, power distribution, new generators, generator switchboard and transfer switches. Also included demolition of existing underground utilities and installation of new primary switchgear. The facility is located in the Chicagoland area.
